Welcome to Mouth Ledger and its related services! Please read and fully understand the contents of
each clause of this agreement carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This agreement is entered into by and between you (the "User") and us regarding the downloading,
installation, and use of the "Mouth Ledger" application (the "Software"). Once you download,
install, and begin using the Software, it signifies that you have read in detail and fully agree to
all contents of this agreement.
2. Service Overview & Usage Rules
- Lawful Use: You guarantee that when using the AI voice accounting and language
model parsing features provided by the Software, you will not upload or transmit any content
that violates laws, regulations, or public morals.
- Local Data Guarantee: Your core ledger data is stored entirely locally on your
device. We assume no liability of any kind for data loss resulting from your deletion of the
app, reinstallation, or failure to perform appropriate backups.
- AI Results Disclaimer: Our service relies on generative AI. While we have
implemented multiple safety guardrails and verifications, we cannot guarantee the 100% accuracy
of the parsed results. You should carefully review the generated accounting records.
- Abuse Prevention: It is prohibited to directly invoke the underlying AI API
interfaces of Mouth Ledger without authorization via automated scripts, illegal reverse
engineering, or similar methods. Upon discovering abuse, we reserve the right to immediately and
permanently block the malicious device or account.
3. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions (Premium Status)
If you choose to purchase the auto-renewing subscription service of this app, it means you agree to
the following provisions:
- Auto-Renewal: Within 24 hours prior to the expiration of your subscription
period, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding subscription fee from your app
store payment account (e.g., Apple ID, Google Play) and extend the subscription by one cycle.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel auto-renewal, please do so at least 24
hours before the current subscription cycle expires. iOS users can manually turn this off via
[Settings] -> [Apple ID] -> [Subscriptions]; Android users should use their
respective app store or payment gateway portal to cancel.
- Free Trial: If a free trial is included, no charges will be incurred if the
subscription is canceled before the trial period ends. The same payment account/device can only
enjoy the free trial once.
- Features: The core features of the Free and Premium versions are identical. The
difference lies only in the daily quota for AI model conversations (currently, the standard is
10 times/day for Free, and 100 times/day for Premium, subject to the in-app purchase page).
4. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall endeavor to take reasonable remedial
measures for service interruptions caused by force majeure, communication failures, or third-party
service (such as language model providers) outages or limitations beyond our control, but we shall
be exempt from any direct or indirect related legal liabilities.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
The validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by
the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the developer operates. Any unresolved disputes
arising between the parties shall be submitted to the competent courts in the developer's location.
We attach great importance to the protection of your privacy and the security of your personal
information. This "Privacy Policy" transparently explains how we collect, use, store, and protect
your personal information.
1. Information Collection and Use Principles
Based on the principles of "minimum necessity" and "traceless accounting", we only collect data
necessary to realize core functions during your use:
- Data Sharing with Third-Party AI Services: To provide you with intelligent
intent parsing and automatic accounting functionality, when you proactively use AI accounting,
we will send your voice data, text-input content, and a
minimal amount of local historical accounting data short-term memory (used
strictly and solely for context parsing) to our core partnered third-party AI services. These
include Alibaba Cloud / iFLYTEK voice transcription services and large language
models like Qwen / DeepSeek. We collect and send these specific data to realize
the core feature of AI accounting immediately returning results to you.
- Equal or Higher Security: All the aforementioned transmissions are conducted
via high-strength encryption. We confirm that any third-party AI service provider we share your
data with provides the same or equal protection of your personal information as stated in this
Privacy Policy. Furthermore, we and the third-party AI services promise: These data are
only used to parse the intent for the current session and are destroyed in real-time right
after the parsing is completed. They will absolutely not be retained or stored in any
third-party or cloud servers, nor will they be used by any third party to train any AI
models, ensuring your absolute user data privacy.
- Fully Localized Ledger: All your sensitive core data, such as transaction
records and account balances, are encrypted and saved strictly on your local device
(SQLite). We do not proactively upload or sync ledger data to cloud servers,
ensuring absolute financial privacy.
- Account Identity (Optional): If you choose to subscribe to a premium membership
or bind across platforms, we only obtain the unique OpenID provided by the third-party
authorized login (such as Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In) to maintain your subscription
status and conversation quota. We absolutely do not force the collection of your real-name
personal privacy, such as phone numbers or ID documents.
2. Information Security and Protection
- Your local ledger data is protected by the security mechanisms of your mobile operating system
(such as iOS sandbox).
- During server-side data transmission (including communication with voice recognition and
generative AI interfaces), we mandate the use of high-strength encrypted transmission protocols
(TLS/HTTPS).
3. Your Control Rights
You have full control and disposal rights over your own data:
- Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account at any time within
the app. Navigation path: Settings → Delete Account (requires a signed-in
account). Once deleted, your account information, premium membership, and conversation history
stored on our servers will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Please note that deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your Apple
subscription. If you are a premium subscriber, please manually cancel your
subscription first by going to [Settings] → [Apple ID] → [Subscriptions] to
avoid further charges. Your local accounting data on-device will not be affected.
- Destroy at Any Time: You can clear all local accounting data at any time in the
app's settings. When you uninstall the App from this device, all associated local data will also
be completely wiped out by the system.
- Revoke Permissions: You can turn off access permissions to the "Microphone" or
"Network" at any time in the system settings of your operating system. After revoking the
microphone authorization, the voice accounting function will stop working, but it will not
affect your manual text accounting experience.
4. Regarding Third-Party Payments (In-App Purchase)
When you purchase a subscription, the billing and deduction processes are directly completed by the
official billing system of the app store (such as Apple App Store, Google Play). We cannot
and will not collect or store your bank card number or payment password. We only update
your account's conversation quota through anonymous subscription receipts (such as a JWS
Transaction) returned by the respective channels.
5. Protection of Minors
This software is primarily designed for adults. Minors under the age of 18 should read this Privacy
Policy accompanied and guided by their legal guardians, and obtain their guardian's consent before
using our services and making in-app purchases.
6. Policy Changes and Contact Support
With product iterations or legal and regulatory requirements, we may revise this Privacy Policy.
Major changes will be prompted within the App.
